1. What areas are considered Metro Manila (NCR)?

2. Do you ship outside Metro Manila?
Yes, we ship nationwide through our trusted courier partners. Please note that exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for areas outside Metro Manila as shipping timelines are beyond our direct control once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Delivery speed may vary depending on:

  • Recipient’s location
  • Package size and weight
  • Weather conditions
  • Seasonal surges / peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events)
  • Courier workload and operational delays

Shipping Estimates

  • Luzon: 3-7 days
  • Visayas: 5-10 days
  • Mindanao/ Islands: 7+ days

3. What if I chose a preferred delivery date but my address is outside Metro Manila?
As stated on all package pages and our FAQs, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates outside Metro Manila. Rest assured, we will dispatch your package as soon as possible to help it arrive close to your preferred date, but final transit time is determined by the courier.

4. I received a tracking number. How do I track my package?
Simply click the tracking link in your email to be redirected to our courier partner’s website where you can view real-time updates.

5. My package seems delayed and has not moved for days. What should I do?
Please refer to our shipping estimates for expected delivery timelines. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, high shipment volumes, or courier operational issues. If your shipment is taking longer than usual, we will gladly coordinate with the courier and request follow-up or expedited handling when possible.

6. What if items arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging; however, in cases of transit damage:

  • Inedible items that arrive damaged will be replaced.
  • Cosmetic packaging issues such as dents, creases, or box imperfections that do not affect the food or item usability are not eligible for replacement. 

We appreciate your understanding that slight exterior wear may occur during long-distance shipping.
