Return-to-Sender (RTS) Packages
At SnackoramaPH, we strive to ensure that every package reaches its destination promptly and safely. However, if the delivery details provided by the customer are incorrect—whether it’s an inaccurate address or an unreachable phone number—this can lead to the package being returned to us.
When a package is returned due to incorrect or outdated delivery information, the following conditions apply:
1. Restocking Fee (P200.00)
Returned packages are subject to a restocking fee to cover the costs of labor and packaging materials used in preparing the order. This fee ensures that we can continue providing high-quality service and packaging for future orders.
2. Reshipment Costs (P200 for regular boxes, P350 for family boxes)
If you wish for the package to be reshipped, the additional shipping fee will be the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you when the returned package is received and coordinate the reshipment with updated delivery details.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
In the event you choose to cancel the order after it has been returned to us, a refund will be issued minus the restocking and initial shipping fees.
Preventing Return to Sender Situations
To avoid any delays or additional costs, we kindly remind our customers to double-check all delivery details before completing an order. Please ensure that:
- The shipping address is accurate and up to date.
- The PH mobile number provided is correct and reachable. International numbers are not accepted.
Keeping your information accurate allows us to deliver your order smoothly and promptly!
If you realize any details are incorrect after placing your order, please contact our customer support team immediately so we can make the necessary changes before your package is dispatched.
