Standard processing time for retail orders is 3 business days after payment.
For faster dispatch, you may select from our existing curated packages [HERE].

Metro Manila: Orders are dispatched once the recipient confirms availability. Delivery window is 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Please note that riders have multiple stops, so exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed. Pick-up is also available from our hub.
Outside Metro Manila: Processing time will be added on top of delivery estimates listed HERE

Some snacks are naturally bulky and may exceed standard packaging dimensions.

Metro Manila: Orders will be upgraded to a larger plain corrugated box at no extra delivery cost. You may include as many items as you like in the gift box without additional delivery fees.
Outside Metro Manila: An additional shipping fee (starting at ₱150) applies if the package exceeds the standard size (12x10x4"). The final charge will depend on the volumetric weight. To keep packages compact, we recommend smaller items such as chocolates, biscuits, candies, and cookies.
