Deliveries are fulfilled by our trusted rider partners. Please note that while we aim to deliver promptly, we cannot guarantee an exact arrival time as riders follow multiple stops on their routes.
2. What is the delivery time window?
Orders are delivered between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. The exact arrival time may vary depending on the rider’s route for the day.
3. Will the recipient be notified before delivery?
Yes. Our dispatch team will message the recipient on the delivery date to confirm availability.
4. What if the recipient does not confirm availability?
If confirmation is not received, the order will not be dispatched. This helps us avoid failed deliveries and return-to-sender situations.
5. What should I do if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your delivery, kindly contact us right away so we can assist with rescheduling. Please note that additional fees may apply.
