Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Since our riders cover multiple destinations, the exact arrival time may vary.

3. Will the recipient be notified before delivery?

Yes! Our dispatch team will message the recipient on the scheduled delivery date to confirm availability.

4. What happens if the recipient does not confirm availability?

If we do not receive confirmation, the order will not be dispatched. This policy helps prevent failed deliveries and return-to-sender situations.
