Bulk Orders & Custom Requests

For corporate events, we can simultaneously deliver to maximum of 300 pax per day. Delivery fee is charged for every address. Alternatively, we can deliver the boxes to ONE location for a fixed fee.

If we are to handle the delivery, please coordinate no later than

  • 5 days prior to event – If all recipients are in Metro Manila
  • 10 days prior to event  – If all recipients are in Metro Manila and Luzon
  • 14 days prior to event – If recipients are in Visayas and Mindanao

Please provide us with the complete delivery details of the recipients no later than the lead times stated above. Additional customization may require longer lead times.

Rush events may be accommodated subject to the client’s acknowledgement of courier limitations. While we can dispatch fast, coordination and delivery to areas outside Metro Manila require time. 

Looking for non-food giveaways for your team? We can also source your requirements or you can ship ready made items to our location for consolidation.

We accommodate requests for customization for a minimum package price of P5,000 or $100. This can be any of the following 

  • Ten snack boxes worth P500 each
  • Five snack boxes worth P1000 each
  • Two snack boxes worth P2,500 each

Due to the coordination necessary, please allow at least 5 days prior dispatch for lead time. Requests for special products, branded boxes and other customization will require longer prepartion. Please contact us at sales@snackoramaph.com to access our menu. 

Ordering for one? Good news! We have no minimum on our existing snack box sets. Order fast and easy with our website or contact us on our social media accounts. 

Payment & Delivery

We accept a wide range of payments including

  • Gcash
  • Paymaya
  • Bank transfer (BDO, BPI, Unionbank)
  • Credit card (thru Paypal or Paymongo)

For manual payments, please send a copy of the receipt with the order number to sales@snackoramaph.com. Instructions are provided as well in the checkout page. 

For corporate clients, we accept check payments and can also do terms depending on the project size. Please contact us at sales@snackoramaph.com to know more. 

We deliver in Metro Manila using on-demand same day or next day logistics partners. For a list of cities  in Metro Manila, please check this link. Incorrectly tagged orders (orders bound to provincial areas tagged for Metro Manila) will experience delays. Please choose the appropriate shipping option for timely dispatch. 

Same day delivery may be possible for selected snack gift boxes if fully paid by 3:00 pm (Mon-Sat). For convenience, our rates are fixed depending on your desired delivery speed.

  • Express Delivery – Same day service (valid only for Metro Manila, Antipolo, Meycauayan Bulacan)
  • Standard Delivery – Scheduled or orders with 2+ days lead time. Delivery using Lalamove or Gogoexpress depending on distance from our Quezon City hub. 

Orders with no stated delivery date will be shipped as soon as ready. 

We charge one (1) delivery fee for every instance of delivery. An order of 2 or more boxes bound to the same address dated for different dates will be consolidated and shipped together if the customer only pays for 1 delivery fee. 

For extremely time sensitive packages (e.g package must arrive at exactly 10:00 am), please arrange your own delivery from our QC hub as riders have multiple stops.

We deliver nationwide through our network of logistics partners. Sadly, we cannot guarantee delivery on an exact day but we can provide an estimate based on experience. Orders with no stated delivery date will be shipped as soon as ready.

The following are the standard courier lead times based on the recipient’s location

  • Luzon: 3+ days
  • Visayas: 5+ days
  • Mindanao/ Palawan: 7+ days

Once dispatched and handed to the courier, we will provide a tracking number which can be used for follow-ups if necessary. We are not liable for mishandling and delays caused by the courier. Lead times are only estimates and are not absolute.

 

We pack boxes bound to provincial areas securely with extra cartons and bubblewrap for added protection. Despite this, snack boxes bound to provincial areas may be deformed or dented as a result of multiple handling. Dents not affecting the snacks and contents are normal and should be not a cause of alarm.

Returns & Refunds

Delivery fees include only 1 attempt for delivery. Please ensure the accuracy of the shipping information and the availability of the recipient. There will be a maximum of five (5) calls made to the number provided. Waiting charges and the cost of the succeeding dispatches will be on the account of the sender.

Sample charges:

  • Waiting charges: P50+
  • Succeeding dispatch (Metro Manila): P250
  • Succeeding dispatch (Provincial): P350

Rates include the cost of returning the item to our hub and the cost of the next attempt (2-way).

Our packages can be as low as P579. While we would love to be a part of your celebration, we cannot sustainably subsidize failed deliveries. We hope for your understanding.

Customers can cancel their order and be refunded only if the package has not been dispatched. Refund amount is total price LESS transaction fees and/or remittance fees.

Sample computation:

  • Snack box price – P579.00
  • Net Sales after payment processing and platform fees (8%) – P532.00
  • Remittance fee/ bank transfer charge (if outside BDO) – P25.00
  • Refund – P532.00 or P507.00 (if outside BDO)

Processing and platform fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. We just simply cannot refund an amount higher than what we have received. Please ensure that your orders are final so that this situation is avoided.
